李立,yh533388银河登录址yh533388银河登录址教授,博士生导师。2008年6月获上海大学材料学博士学位。2009.9-2012.3在复旦大学先进材料实验室从事博士后研究工作。2014.11-2015.11在华盛顿州立大学生物系统工程系进行访学。2019.3-2020.2上海市杨浦区市场监管局挂职副局长(协管食品及食品相关产品安全)。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry和《食品科学》等国内外核心以上学术期刊以一作或通讯发表论文70余篇(其中SCI论文50余篇,ESI论文5篇,热点论文1篇),已获得发明专利13项并技术转让7项(2项为上海市首次国际技术拍卖会一号作品)。担任教育部高等学校轻工类教学指导委员会包装工程专业指导组委员,食品安全国家标准审评委员会食品相关产品专业委员会委员,全国专业标准化技术委员会委员包装与环境分委会(SAC/TC49/SC10)委员,“三新”食品行政许可评审专家,中国包装联合会专家委员会委员,上海市包装技术协会专家委员会副主任委员,中国塑料加工工业协会专家委员会委员等社会兼职。《包装工程》、《肉类研究》、《绿色包装》和《塑料包装》等期刊编委。
